Can iwood products get wet?

 

Yes, Iwood products are resistant to rain, water or humidity.

Keep any wooden item away from complete submersion.

How do I know that the iwood product are authentic?

Every product has a serial code printed on the frame or on the watch case. You can send a photo of the serial code to our customer service to verify the authenticity of the product. Let us know where you bought it!

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information

How should I clean my frames and lenses?

Use just water. Avoid cleaning your glasses under running water and don’t use chemical products or any cleansing kit from other brands, as they are not tested on our products. We recommend storing iwood products in their case.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order prior to shipping.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, Stripe, Credit card payments and Bank Transfer. PayPal and Stripe payments are completely safe, because you will be redirected to their secure websites. If you choose Bank Transfer, the order will be shipped after the payment will be received.
