1. DESCRIPTION

The iwood damage guarantee extends the warranty of your purchased product. It offers you full protection from accidental damage (i.e. physical damage on wood and watch, scratched lenses and more. For more information see point 2)

against breaking due to material or workmanship defect for two years from the date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.

2. TYPE OF DAMAGES

Iwood warrants that the purchased product is free from damage on wood, soldering defects, breaks of the components like hinges for sunglasses or some mechanisms for watches and all that is not mentioned in point 3.

3. EXCLUSION FROM DAMAGE WARRANTY

the following issues are expressly not covered by this warranty:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches)

• Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or improper storage of product

• Damage caused by chemicals

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs or customizations

If a customized component is damaged, we will supply a new component without personalization. Any customization will be considered separately.

4. METHOD OF REPLACEMENT

For any customer support issues we invite you to email our staff at info@iwood.it. Write IWOOD DAMAGE WARRANTY in the subject line and provide the following information:

Serial code number, issue date, expiry date, any interventions already done and a photograph of the iwood Damage Warranty card.

After verification, the staff will provide the address where the product needs to be shipped. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer or they are considered null in case of hand delivery to one of our authorized centers.

5. INTERVENTIONS

You are entitled to the replacement of 1 unit per type of spare part.

In the event of damage of both the temples, we will replace them. The warranty remains valid for the mask, lenses and components.

6. PRODUCT SHADES

In case of replacement, we reserve the right to change other components besides the damaged one, even if apparently intact, to uniform the wood shades with the whole product.

 

7. LENSES WITH FILTERS

Lenses with filters are always both replaced.

 

8. VALIDITY

iwood Damage Warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase, as indicated on the guarantee card in the “Expiration box”.
